Fresh off his recent success at the 2015 World Rowing Championship in France, openly gay Olympian from New Zealand, Robbie Manson speaks with Eikon about his life so far and what makes him tick.
5Q – Who is your role model?
A – My rowing teammates are my role models. We have one of the most competitive teams in the World. We are training alongside World and Olympic Champions everyday.
I look up to them, want to be like them and want to beat them all at the same time, we push each other to be faster and that’s why we do well as a nation internationally.
