Fresh off his recent success at the 2015 World Rowing Championship in France, openly gay Olympian from New Zealand, Robbie Manson speaks with Eikon about his life so far and what makes him tick.
6Q – Does your intense training make it difficult to have much of a social life?
A – Definitely, the majority of my friends are in the rowing team so we see each other everyday at training.
That is my social life. I’m usually too tired to do too much in the weekends. If I could I’d like to get out more but rowing is my number 1 priority at the moment.
