A postman, waiter, fisherman and a tourist guide will join other French Polynesian men at the Le Meridien Tahiti in late September for the 17th Annual Mister Tahiti competition.
In what is undoubtedly one of the world’s most desirable holiday destinations with its stunning weather, overwater bungalows and picturesque scenery, the Island of Tahiti is the perfect backdrop for such a great event.
The contestants will have to make six stages throughout the competition, including a talent show and the always welcoming swimsuit passage, for the highly converted title.
“We are not only looking for physique, we are also looking for candidates with a sense of meaning, those who have things to share, we want ambassadors of positive values, particularly those oriented towards ecology”, explained the organiser of the competition, Alexandre Taliercio.
Established in 2001 the Mister Tahiti Competition has seen hundreds of French Polynesia men from The Islands of Tahiti compete for the highly converted title of Mister Tahiti.
