Some of the New Zealand All Blacks have undressed down to their undies as the New Zealand Fashion Week 2019 opened in spectacular style with an opening party at the Great Hall inside the Auckland Town Hall on Monday night, but it was the runways on Tuesday that provided some amazing fashion.
New Zealand Fashion Week was created in 2001 by Dame Pieter Stewart as a platform that enables local and international designers to showcase and promote their collections and brand, the goal of NZFW is to provide a launching pad for designers to grow their business both nationally and internationally.
The first of the standouts on day two was the Afrispec Global which had fun, classy urban styles showing off style and elegance, comfort and functionality.

The Aritaua collection then exploded on the runway exploring the boundaries of modern technologies, meta-identities and digital landscapes.
The Afrocentric luxury lifestyle brand Schmood by Lola was next. These guys sparkled with the art of styling and design whilst merging fine fabrics and Swarovski Crystals.
It was then time for the men to really come out to play with the Jockey runway. Jockey has led the apparel industry by producing garments that connect with the spirit of adventure and is based on ingenuity, vitality and authenticity, celebrates progressive and independent thinking.
Plenty of that thinking at the jockey parade as some of the New Zealand All Blacks joined the team to strut their stuff.
