Just in time for Pride Month, Disney has released the first trailer for Love, Victor season two ahead of next month’s premiere.

It feels like it has been forever since Love, Victor Season 1 ended and left us on the cliffhanger of Victor coming out to his parents. (It may have been only last night, depends on when you watched it)

Picking up on all the feels and angst from Season one, the second season of Love, Victor finds a newly out-of-the-closet Victor entering his junior year at Creekwood High. But being out brings with it new challenges as Victor faces a family struggling with his revelation, a heartbroken ex-girlfriend in Mia, and the difficulties of being an openly gay star athlete — all while navigating the excitement of his relationship with Benji.

One of the big storylines this season appears to be how Victor’s parents are handling his coming out, and I can already tell there are going to be moments where I’ll be weeping.

The series stars Michael Cimino, Rachel Hilson, Anthony Turpel, Bebe Wood, Mason Gooding, George Sear, Isabella Ferreira, Mateo Fernandez, James Martinez and Ana Ortiz.
