‘Love Wins’ was the cry in The United States of America and indeed the rest of the World who have embraced the announcement yesterday from the US Supreme Court legalising same-sex marriage.
As the World woke to the news, Facebook responded by offering to change a persons profile picture to one with a rainbow filter as how the world got onboard. Not only the gay community but anyone straight or gay who believe in marriage equality were changing their profiles to rainbows today.
Landmarks across America turned rainbow as well in support, the first of these was the White House and was followed by nearly every major structure/landmark even including the Brandenburg Gates in Berlin Germany.
